In an effort to make the provincial key project play its demonstrative and leading role, and steadily promote the construction of provincial major projects, Hebei Development and Reform Commission, with the approval of The People's Government of Hebei Province, has recently issued the List of 2021 Provincial Key Construction Projects in Hebei Province. The new prefabricated building and heavy equipment manufacturing project of China Commerce Green Building is listed as one of the strategic emerging industries.

　　Covering a total area of 480,000 square meters, the Project plans to construct 5 workshops, 1 central laboratory for technology R&D, 1 hazardous wastes room, 1 paint warehouse, and 1 fire pump house. Upon its completion, the Project is expected to reach an annual output of around 200,000 tons of steel components in combined steel tube bundle structures,100,000 tons of bridge steel structures, 10,000 sets of heavy lifting equipment, and around 1.5 million square meters of floor slabs of prefabricated steel bar truss. Construction work of the project is well underway.
