Located in Xiaoji Town, Fengnan District, Tangshan City, the Project mainly includes the main plant building works for the finished product warehouse of thin strips, the water system works, and the steelmaking supporting transformation works of Quanfeng Company.

　　With a construction area of about 12,600m2, the main plant building works is of structural steel frame crossing 2 bays with a height of 18 meters, which is a heavy steel structure. Among them, the steel columns, steel crane beams, steel roof girders and external walls are made of single-layer color steel which is 0.6mm-thick YX35-280-840 profiled steel sheet. The roof is made of steel structure, adopting steel truss girder and steel purlines, with 0.8-thick YX51-380-760 colored profile steel sheets covered on.

　　The water system works involves the construction of 13 ancillary facilities, including emergency water tower, horizontal pump house, horizontal sedimentation tank, filter room, main circulating pump house and electrical room, main circulating water cooling tower, ventilation facility refrigeration station, sludge dewatering room, concentration regulating tank, lower pump house of the concentration tank, fire pump house, hazardous waste room, and cyclone sedimentation tank, with a construction area of 6,107m², and a height of 50.345m of the water tower.

　　The steelmaking supporting transformation works mainly includes the bay construction of the original main plant building, the transformation of the main control building, and the 4 newly-built supporting facilities, namely the frequency converter room, the sharp gas station, the circulating water pump station of the LF furnace, and the SVC electrical room.
