The Project is located at the north side of 205 National Road, Wali Town, Kaiping District, Tangshan City, with a total construction area of 187,000 square meters and a building height of 26.5m. It is a large-scale grid structure project, including elemental works such as civil works, steel structure, roofing system, stockyard expansion, vehicle washing station transformation, water and electricity system, firefighting system, and underground rainwater drainage system.

Located in Xiaoji Town, Fengnan District, Tangshan City, the Project mainly includes the main plant building works for the finished product warehouse of thin strips, the water system works, and the steelmaking supporting transformation works of Quanfeng Company.

TheCommercialConcreteDepartmentofChinaCommerceGreenBuilding,locatedinWaliTown,KaipingDistrict,TangshanCity,has3concretebatchingstationsandisspecializedincommercialconcreteproduction.　　TheCommercialConcreteDepartmenthas5setsof3m³mixingunitsmanufacturedbyChinaSANY,60concretetanktrucksand10concretepumptrucksofvarioustypes,tomainlyprovideconcreteof11gradeswithintherangeofC10toC60,withanannualconcreteproductioncapacityof1.65millioncubicmeters.　　Eachbatchingstationincludesalaboratoryforprofessionaltestswithadvancedtestingequipmentandinstruments,featuringhigh-levelspecializedtechnologyandcapableofperformingallthetestingitemsrequiredforproductionandthetestsofrawmaterials,torealizewhole-processcontrolovertheproductquality.Moreover,thetransportationvehiclesareequippedwithGPSsatellitepositioningandnavigationsystems,soastoensurethatthegoodsaretimelydeliveredtocustomerswithinaspecifiedtimeandfollowingaspecifiedroute.

SincetheoperationinAugust2019,ChinaCommerceSteelStructureFabricationPlantnowhas600employeesand6completeproductionlines(1steeltubebundleproductionline,3lightsteelproductionlinesand2heavysteelproductionlines).Professionalequipmentincluding5CNCmultiplecuttingmachines,3CNCplasmacuttingmachines,4H-beamassemblymachines,7H-beamsubmergedarcweldingmachines,2cantileverautomaticsubmergedarcweldingmachines,2box-typedouble-wirecoveredweldingmachines,2electroslagweldingmachinesand2largeshot-blastingmachinesareavailable.Sinceitsoperation,severallarge-scalekeyprojectshavebeencompleted.　　TheSteelStructureEngineeringDepartmentiscapableofundertakingthefabricationandinstallationofthesteelstructureworks(includinglightsteelstructureworks)withasinglespanof50Theproductsinvolvelightsteelbuildingslikeindustrialplantbuildingsandexhibitioncenters,high-riseheavysteelbuildingslikestandardprefabricatedhouses,bridgesandhigh-risecommercialofficebuildings,andthesupportingenvelopesystemsformainstructures,formingacompletelightandheavysteelbuildingsystem,whichenablesustoprovidecustomerswiththeservicesintegratingprofessionalplanningsolutiondesignandcomponentfabricationandinstallationtosatisfytheirdiverseneeds.
