With a total land area of 232,887.23 square meters (350 mu.), the Caofeidian Green Prefabricated Building Project - Plant Building 1 is located in the Equipment Manufacturing Park of Caofeidian District, Tangshan City. It sits on the south of Zhuangbei Sixth Road, north of Zhuangbeidong Road, and west of Zhuangbeidonglu River. The total floor area of the project is 60,890.11 square meters, covering a land area of 60,711.7 square meters. The overall height of the building is 23.90 meters, with portal-type steel frame structure applied. The building is designed with a seismic fortification intensity up to 7 degrees. The completion of the project lays a solid foundation for China Commerce Green Building to become the largest steel structure production base in Hebei Province.
