The Logistics Park Construction Project of Poly (Luannan) International Logistics Co., Ltd. is located in Zuidong Economic Development Zone, Caifeidian District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, for which lightweight portal-frame building construction with the foundation on column bearing piles and pile cap is adopted, with the seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees. Its fire resistance rating is of Grade II, and thick fire retardant coating is applied for steel structural column system and ultra-thin intumescent fire retardant coating for roofing system. As for the envelope system, the composite walls composed of glass-wool-filled profiled steel sheets and the composite roofs built with double-layered profiled steel sheets are used. The Project includes a total of five units, covering a gross building area of approximately 10,620 square meters.
