The Civil Engineering Department of China Commerce Greening Building is composed of the Company’s administrative departments and three project departments, and currently has a total of 40 technical and management employees. The employees are encouraged to obtain corresponding qualification certificates. Both the employees' knowledge reserve and the hardware of each project department have seen continuous improvement.

　　Since its establishment, the Civil Engineering Department has successively undertaken the construction of a series of projects, including the Green Prefabricated Building Production Project (Phase I) invested by China Commerce Green Building Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. in Caofeidian District, Tangshan; the China Commerce General Terminal Supporting Works invested by China Commerce Port Group Co., Ltd. in the Caofeidian Port Zone of Tangshan Port; the Raw Material Supply System Works for the Production Capacity Replacement and Upgrading Project invested by Tangshan Donghua Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd.; and the Haitun'er Concrete Batching Station Project invested by Tangshan Shuangying Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The Civil Engineering Department has been strictly following the corporate pursuit of safety first and high quality creating excellent projects throughout the process of project construction. No safety accident has occurred during the construction.
